Fire Door Surveys

Fire doors are a critical life-safety feature designed to prevent the spread of fire and smoke. We carry out comprehensive fire door surveys, ensuring fire doors perform as intended and remain compliant. Frequency of Fire Door Surveys are dependent on factors such as risk and foot traffic, but usually range from 3 months to annually.

What to expect from a Fire Door Survey:

1. Initial Consult - we will discuss the building type, number of fire doors and client needs.

2. Site Visit - A qualified inspector will visit and examine each fire door, including the door leaves, frame, gaps, hinges, closers and signage.

3. Detailed report - A comprehensive Fire Door Survey report will be issued, including photographic evidence, compliance status, risk ratings and priorities, as well as recommended remedial actions.

After the initial Survey, a quotation is provided for remedial works. Ongoing maintenance and compliance works are offered in order for your fire doors to remain safe.
