QTS Estates Maintenance Services Framework

Hollmark Ltd are an approved supplier on the highly respected QTS Estates Maintenance Framework, under the Lots shown below. This means you are able to procure our services through Direct Award or Further Competition, subject to internal governance.

The Framework allows the following authorities to place Orders: NHS Bodies and Trusts, CCG’s, ICB’s, ICS’s, GP Practices, Schools, Local Authorities and other public sector bodies. Thus providing a compliant and efficient route to market to procure our services.

We would welcome the opportunity to price any upcoming works and provide early support engagement where needed.

The benefits of utilising this NHS Commercial Solutions Framework Agreement includes but not limited to:

This framework is free for all NHS organisations and other public-sector bodies to use, including local authorities and schools, colleges, and universities. Before using it, organisations just need to get approval from NHS Commercial Solutions and complete a simple authorised Framework Access Agreement.

NHFM Framework

Hollmark Ltd is an approved contractor on the NHFM framework to deliver Passive Fire

Safety works. We are featured under Lots 5A and 5B.

This framework, launched in association with the National Housing Maintenance Forum, is

designed to support efficient, compliant and value-driven public sector procurement.

Developed specifically for the social housing sector, the framework helps housing providers

and local authorities deliver projects with confidence by providing them with access to pre-

qualified suppliers and clearly defined workstreams.

The framework offers a flexible route to market, with full visibility of contract details,

approved providers and delivery options. The framework went live on 01/07/2025 and runs

for a 48-month duration. Reference NPC14001.

Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust

Sussex Partnership is a specialist NHS organisation providing mental health, learning

disability and neurodevelopmental care to people living in South East England.

Their services extend to adults, children and young people in Brighton, Hove, East and West

Sussex.

Hollmark Ltd have been awarded a 3-year Contract for fire door remedials and anti-ligature

door installations throughout the Trust portfolio of sites. This Contract was awarded under the terms of

the NHS Commercial Solutions Framework agreement ‘Anti-Ligature, Specialist and general

Doors, Windows, Furniture, Accessories and Associated Services’.

East of England Ambulance Services

General Maintenance and Handyman Services Contract

We are proud to support East of England Ambulance Service, a vital provider of emergency

and urgent care across a diverse and expansive region. Covering a population of several

million people, the service operates across urban centres, rural communities and coastal

areas, responding to a significant volume of emergency calls each year.

With a wide network of ambulance stations and support facilities, maintaining safe, functional

environments is essential to keeping operations running smoothly. Every site plays a critical

role in enabling frontline teams to respond quickly and effectively when it matters most.

As part of our 3-year contract, Hollmark are to deliver a comprehensive handyman service

across the EOEA estate. Our focus is on providing a reliable, responsive service that

ensures buildings and facilities remain well-maintained and fit for purpose. By supporting the

day-to-day operational environment, we help the East of England Ambulance Service

continue delivering high quality, life-saving care to the communities they serve.

Essex Cares Ltd

Following a competitive tender process, Hollmark was awarded a 3-year contract to undertake Fire Risk Assessments across 19 sites within the ECL estate. The programme provided a comprehensive review of fire safety compliance and identified opportunities to enhance the protection of service users, staff and visitors.

Following the FRA's Hollmark were awarded associated fire safety works, including fire stopping remedials, fire door maintenance, fire door replacements and new installations. In addition, Hollmark delivered a year-long programme of fire door surveys, helping ECL strengthen compliance and improve the management of passive fire protection assets across its portfolio.

Through a proactive and collaborative approach, we have supported ECL in creating safer, more compliant environments while ensuring its facilities remain fit for purpose and focused on delivering exceptional care.
