Hollmark Ltd is an approved contractor on the NHFM framework to deliver Passive Fire
Safety works. We are featured under Lots 5A and 5B.
This framework, launched in association with the National Housing Maintenance Forum, is
designed to support efficient, compliant and value-driven public sector procurement.
Developed specifically for the social housing sector, the framework helps housing providers
and local authorities deliver projects with confidence by providing them with access to pre-
qualified suppliers and clearly defined workstreams.
The framework offers a flexible route to market, with full visibility of contract details,
approved providers and delivery options. The framework went live on 01/07/2025 and runs
for a 48-month duration. Reference NPC14001.

Sussex Partnership is a specialist NHS organisation providing mental health, learning
disability and neurodevelopmental care to people living in South East England.
Their services extend to adults, children and young people in Brighton, Hove, East and West
Sussex.
Hollmark Ltd have been awarded a 3-year Contract for fire door remedials and anti-ligature
door installations throughout the Trust portfolio of sites. This Contract was awarded under the terms of
the NHS Commercial Solutions Framework agreement ‘Anti-Ligature, Specialist and general
Doors, Windows, Furniture, Accessories and Associated Services’.

Following a competitive tender process, Hollmark was awarded a 3-year contract to undertake Fire Risk Assessments across 19 sites within the ECL estate. The programme provided a comprehensive review of fire safety compliance and identified opportunities to enhance the protection of service users, staff and visitors.
Following the FRA's Hollmark were awarded associated fire safety works, including fire stopping remedials, fire door maintenance, fire door replacements and new installations. In addition, Hollmark delivered a year-long programme of fire door surveys, helping ECL strengthen compliance and improve the management of passive fire protection assets across its portfolio.
Through a proactive and collaborative approach, we have supported ECL in creating safer, more compliant environments while ensuring its facilities remain fit for purpose and focused on delivering exceptional care.
