Project Brief


Hollmark Ltd were commissioned to completely refurbish a derelict building to create a walk in centre for the charity Sense ~ Holly Lane, Smethwick Birmingham


DESCRIPTION OF WORKS

A full strip out and demolition, including removal of plumbing, wiring and walls, implementation of structural supports
New underground drainage, door openings, partitions, suspended ceilings, flooring, bi-folding doors and patio

 
M&E WORKS INCLUDING

Installation of IT equipment throughout including Cat 6 cabling and data points
Complete electrical rewiring of the entire building
Installation of Air Conditioning, fire alarms and access controls


Fire rated door sets were installed, in accordance and approved with BM Trada regulations
Fitting of new kitchen and amenities, including all plumbing and electrics within
Installation of a new heating and hot water system 
New Doc M disabled hygiene suites were installed, with above ground drainage
Decoration throughout
