Our Responsive Maintenance and Repairs Division within Hollmark carries out planned and reactive maintenance and repairs for a number of healthcare centres, charitable organizations and commercial clients.

A bespoke business-focused maintenance programme ensures your property has the correct level of service and support for the functions it supports.

We have an amazing team of dedicated, highly skilled and motivated operatives, who all share our vision of delivering a first-class service to every customer every time. We work in partnership with a number of NHS Trusts, such as acute hospitals, health centres and clinics, residential care homes and hospices, schools and commercial businesses, delivering planned maintenance and responsive repairs within their buildings. We have contractual Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) within many of the above establishments and Hollmark always strive to perform for our customers and meet these targets.

Maintenance & Repairs

We offer a full range of reactive maintenance services, covering everything from day-to-day responsive repairs, out of hours services, emergency repairs and adaptations. We have a specialist electrical engineers, gas engineers and a groundworks team providing a full scope of services to our clients.
