Guys & St Thomas Hospital – Sleep Disorder Room Refurbishment.

Strip out existing area to create a new sleep disorder room and ensuite.

DESCRIPTION OF WORKS

Strip out of all electrical, flooring, plumbing, furniture, fixings & fittings
Formation of new stud partitions to form new walls.
 Removal of all existing walls and construction of new stud walls with the implementation of structural support.
Installation of hot and cold water supply to new Ensuite including WC, wetroom shower, grab rails.
Installation of Altro Aquarius flooring
Removal and fitting of new suspended ceilings
New Windows
New Fire Doors
All new electrics throughout and light fittings, switches, trunking throughout
